We do not require a deposit as the full amount will be booked at the time of reservation.

Cancellations made 24hrs before pickup time will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Our office business hours are from 8am – 1am Est but our vehicle services run 24/7 with a confirmed reservation. Services between 1-5am will require an additional fee.

Yes, we are required 

All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

Yes, Coastline can provide a car seat at the customer’s request for an additional $25 fee.

Typically, SRQ, TPA & PIE. Other airports can be serviced but this requires a special reservation by calling Coastline directly.

We allow our clients a 15-minute grace period at no additional charge. Should you reach the 15-minute mark, you will be charged for .5 hours of overtime at the hourly rate of $75. Should you reach the 31-minute mark beyond your scheduled time, you will be charged for the full 1 hour of $150.

We are thrilled that you have a lot of friends/family, but we are responsible for their safety while they are in our vehicles. Every vehicle has a maximum capacity that we must abide by in order to comply with our insurance policy. Feel free to call our office for assistance with an upgrade. Extra fees may apply.

Yes, please bring your own tunes to enhance your experience with us. All vehicles are equipped with Bluetooth capabilities. Please ask our staff about your specific vehicle amenities.

Upon arrival at your initial pickup location, you will receive a text message notifying you that your driver has arrived and his exact pickup location. If it is at a home the driver can also ring the contact person you provided to our staff when making your reservation. This may be yourself, a spouse, a wedding coordinator, etc. Please be on the lookout for your ride 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival in case your location is hard to see at night or you anticipate us having difficulty finding you. You may also call our office should you need to reach your driver prior to your first pickup.
